Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Manager to provide strategic leadership, platform ownership, governance, and business automation across Salesforce and related enterprise systems. The candidate will be responsible for Salesforce strategy, Lead-to-Cash capabilities, architecture oversight, global team leadership, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own the long-term Salesforce and Business Automation strategy.
- Act as the Executive Product Owner for Salesforce across Sales, Finance, and Support.
- Own the Salesforce roadmap, investment planning, and prioritization.
- Lead and manage global Salesforce teams, including Managers, Administrators, and Analysts.
- Oversee Lead-to-Cash processes and enterprise Salesforce capabilities.
- Provide architectural oversight for Salesforce and key integrations.
- Manage data governance, quality, migration, security, and lifecycle management.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate business priorities into Salesforce initiatives.
- Oversee Agile delivery, release planning, testing, UAT, and delivery standards.
- Manage strategic vendors and system integrator relationships.
- Drive Salesforce governance, audits, compliance, risk management,



and continuous improvement.

Required Experience

- 12+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform in enterprise environments.
- 3+ years of experience in people management, preferably leading global or cross-regional teams.
- Strong experience owning Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes at scale.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, integrations, security, and sharing/visibility.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ / CPQ+.
- Experience with enterprise integrations and platforms such as NetSuite, MuleSoft, Boomi, Conga CLM, DocuSign, Marketo, and Salesloft.
- Robust experience in Agile / hybrid delivery models.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required.
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator OR Platform App Builder certification required.

Preferred Skills

- Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud experience.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Experience in SaaS or high-growth technology organizations.
- Experience leading digital transformation or business automation programs.
- Prior consulting or advisory experience.
