Experience Required

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, employee relations, and HR administration is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of HR documentation, visa processing, and personnel record management is an advantage. These are common responsibilities for HR roles in the Maldives hospitality and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate visa and work permit documentation for employees.




- Support payroll, employee welfare, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

Eligibility

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR administrative processes.
