Job Description:-

We are hiring an experienced Planning Engineer with Min 5+ years of experience in the construction/real estate industry.

The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and coordination with project and site teams. The role involves preparing project schedules, tracking project progress, identifying delays and ensuring timely completion of project activities.

Responsibilities:-

- Prepare and monitor project schedules.
- Track planned vs. actual project progress.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules and S-curves.
- Monitor critical activities and project milestones.
- Identify project delays and support recovery plans.
- Coordinate with site, project, procurement and contractor teams.
- Prepare MIS reports for management.
- Ensure project activities are completed as per planned timelines.
