Proven experience in VMware-to-Hyper-V and Hyper-V-to-VMware migrations, storage migrations using vMotion, legacy-to-up-to-date storage transformations, and on-premises to AWS/Azure cloud migrations. Skilled in performance optimization, disaster recovery, high availability, capacity management, and complex infrastructure troubleshooting, with experience supporting data center transformation projects with minimal downtime.
