Job Description
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management Consultant to join our HR Transformation practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Candidate Experience, and Onboarding processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to optimize recruitment and onboarding workflows.
- Perform fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
- Support integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support.
- Prepare functional specifications,
test cases, and user training documentation.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM).
- Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
- Experience with requisition management, candidate application workflows, offer management, and onboarding processes.
- Knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Experience with Employee Central integration.
- Understanding of SuccessFactors reporting and business rules.
- Solid client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or Onboarding Certification.
- Experience in end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation projects.
- Exposure to HR digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of SAP CPI/BTP integrations is an added advantage.
