8+ years in IT operations / Infrastructure management
3+ years in a team lead or supervisory capacity.
Working knowledge across at least two of the three domains (NetOps, SecOps, PlatOps
Knowledge of ITIL processes
Experience with monitoring/observability tools
Experience in shift/roster management
Solid reporting capability (Excel, Power BI, or similar
Preferred skill : Familiarity with SRE tooling and reliability engineering practices
