Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM Consultant with strong expertise across ARCS/ARM, FCCS/HFM, and Narrative Reporting. The consultant will collaborate with finance teams and stakeholders to deliver effective reconciliation, consolidation, and reporting solutions that streamline the financial close process.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead endtoend implementations, enhancements & support for ARCS/ARM, FCCS/HFM, Narrative Reporting
- Configure modules including reconciliation compliance, transaction matching, consolidation rules, workflows, dashboards & reports
- Gather business requirements & translate into functional solutions
- Perform data loads, validations, troubleshooting & integration support
- Support SIT, UAT,



deployment & postproduction activities
- Prepare functional documentation & deliver user training
- Recommend process improvements using Oracle EPM best practices

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years in Oracle EPM Functional Consulting
- Handson with ARCS/ARM, FCCS/HFM, Narrative Reporting (minimum 2 implementations)
- Robust knowledge of financial reconciliation, consolidation & reporting processes
- Expertise in configuration, data integration, reporting & issue resolution
- Knowledge of Fusion ERP/EBS integration preferred
- Strong analytical, communication & client engagement skills
