Role: Planning Engineer cum Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Location: Chennai

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.

Cost & resource loading in MSP / Primavera P6 schedule.

Track project progress and generate weekly/monthly MIS reports.

Daily monitoring of progress and giving intimation to the site team for progress improvement

Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.

Thorough knowledge in Drawing study & preparation of shop drawing if required

Handle client and subcontractor billing (RA Bills).

Monitor project costs, material reconciliation, Labour bill reconciliation and variations & extra items.

Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams for timely execution.

Review drawings, specifications, and ensure project compliance

Prepare micro level reports of material procurement, material utilization, manpower utilization.

Prepare Tracker for material, progress & manpower.
