Job Description:
Infosys is looking for skilled API Automation Test Engineers with strong experience in Postman and Rest Assured. The candidate will be responsible for validating REST APIs, developing automation frameworks, executing API test suites, and ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise applications.

Required Skills:

- Robust experience in API Testing using Postman and Rest Assured
- Hands-on experience in Java
- Good understanding of RESTful Web Services, HTTP Methods, JSON, and XML
- Experience in API Automation Framework development
- Knowledge of TestNG/JUnit, Maven, and Git




- Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
- Basic SQL and database validation experience

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain API automation test scripts
- Validate API requests, responses, status codes, and schemas
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end API testing
- Identify, log, and track defects effectively
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams
- Prepare test reports and support Agile delivery teams
