Role & responsibilities

- Lead operations across multiple workshop locations.
- Travel extensively between branches to drive operational excellence.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Workshop Managers and technicians.
- Improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Ensure SOP compliance and consistent service standards.
- Conduct operational audits and implement corrective actions.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Work with the Founder Director to build a scalable workshop network.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5-10 years of experience in automotive service operations, workshop management, or multi-location retail operations.
- Hands-on leader with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willing to travel extensively across Chennai and spend time at workshop locations.
- Robust ability to coach, motivate, and develop workshop teams.




- Process-driven with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in managing KPIs, productivity, and service quality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence; own a vehicle.
- Experience in the two-wheeler automotive industry will be an added advantage.
