Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing, including salary preparation, PF, ESI, and attendance management.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages through various payment modes (cash, cheque, net banking).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory compliances such as ESIC regulations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payroll processing.
- Perform other HR operations tasks as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll management or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for data analysis and record-keeping purposes.
