Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Developer – Java with 6–8 years of hands-on development experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud-Native technologies and will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications.

The candidate should be a hands-on developer with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and maintain robust RESTful APIs and Microservices.
- Design cloud-native applications following modern software architecture and development practices.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application performance and production issues.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.




- Perform code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Ensure applications meet quality, security, scalability, and performance standards.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt relevant technologies and development practices.

Required Technical Skills

- 6–8 years of hands-on software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Core Java
- Strong experience with Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience developing Microservices
- Good understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems
- Experience with Cloud-Native application development
- Strong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and design patterns
- Good knowledge of database concepts and SQL
- Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and modern DevOps practices is preferred
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Education

- Any Engineering Degree or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science
- Degree must be completed through full-time education
