- Hands-on exposure to support Google workplace and products. Advanced troubleshooting, and direct collaboration with engineering teams while solving real-world customer issues
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, endpoints, webhooks, and HTTP response codes
- Basic networking knowledge including DNS, packet analysis, and logs
- Automation knowledge and understanding of triggers and optimizations
- Experienced with embedded content, iFrames, and integrations Ability to read and debug code in any programming language
