Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, banquet, and other F&B; outlets.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation and service.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and supervise team performance.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members on SOPs and service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores for stock replenishment.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper handling of food and beverage items.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Assist in organizing banquets, events, and special promotions.
- Prepare daily operational reports and support monthly performance reviews.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications





- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 46 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in hotels or resorts.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant, banquet, and guest service operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead a team and work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
