Experience: 15-20 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Mechanical

Industry Preference: Power Plant / EPC / Heavy Engineering / Sheet Metal Fabrication / Welding / Heat Exchanger / Cooling Tower / Industrial Equipment Manufacturing in power, EPC, cooling tower, heat exchanger, boiler, heavy engineering, fabrication, or welding industries, with proven experience in leading a Quality team and managing customer, supplier, manufacturing, and project quality requirements.

Key Skills:

- Solid knowledge of fabrication, welding, sheet metal, structural, and heavy engineering quality.

- Good understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T;, inspection methods, and dimensional control.

- Knowledge of WPS/PQR, welder qualification, NDT, material traceability,



and inspection documentation.

- Experience in ITP, QAP, QC procedures, NCR, CAPA, RCA, 8D, FMEA, and audit management.

- Knowledge of applicable ISO 9001 and customer-specific quality requirements.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills with customers, suppliers, consultants, and internal departments.

- Proficiency in MS Office and quality-related reporting/MIS.
