Job Description (Role & responsibilities)

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth research on bakery product trends, consumer preferences, and industry growth patterns.
- Perform competitor analysis to understand pricing strategies, product offerings, and marketing campaigns.
- Share detailed insights with the R&D; team to support the development of new bakery products.
- Identify potential gaps in the market and suggest innovative bakery products based on consumer demand.

New Product Development & Analysis:

- Assist in the ideation and validation of new bakery products through data-driven research.
- Collaborate with the R&D; team to refine product concepts based on market insights.
- Evaluate test product launches by gathering customer feedback and analyzing sales performance.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

Marketing Coordination for New Outlet Openings:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for new bakery outlet launches.
- Plan and coordinate promotional activities such as launch events, influencer collaborations, and in-store promotions.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors for branding and marketing material requirements.




- Monitor and analyze the success of marketing activities post-launch to optimize future expansion plans.

Marketing Design & Branding:

- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including banners, posters, packaging, and digital assets.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Provide creative inputs for social media content, advertisements, and promotional materials.

Offline Marketing:

- Plan and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities such as product sampling, trade shows, in-store promotions, and partnerships.
- Identify and collaborate with local influencers, food bloggers, and micro-influencers to drive brand awareness.
- Organize bakery-related events, workshops, and tasting sessions to engage customers.

Online Marketing:

- Coordinate online food delivery platform campaigns (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.), ensuring visibility and engagement.
- Monitor platform-specific promotions, offers, and discounts to optimize sales.
- Track and analyze digital campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to enhance the bakerys online presence through SEO, social media, and paid advertisements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Should be assertive, credible and also have Organizing/Planning skills, Team worker with communications skills.
- Should have minimum bachelor's degree in full time.
- Self-starter, obtaining results through a focused and disciplined work style




- Should be ready to work in ambitious workplace
- Should adapt to change management quickly (where changes are happened often)
- Proactive in identifying opportunities and dedicated to ongoing learning and team growth within the QSR and Bakery industry.
- Requires flexibility to conduct business check-ins, including evenings or weekends.
- Ability to work independently and conduct audits across multiple locations
- Committed to creating exceptional customer experiences across all locations
