Job Description:
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, industrial fans, Refrigeration, Electric Motors, Pumps, Engineering components, Ventilation, Heating Technology, OEM sales, Energy efficient products.
- Oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies, lead the marketing team, and drive customer acquisition and retention across various markets and OEM sales.
- Lead the development of short- and long-term sales strategies for, ensuring alignment with the companys overall business goals.
- Identify new business opportunities in both existing and emerging markets.
- Robust understanding of HVAC systems, fans, air movement, ventilation, and associated products
- Proficient in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and MS Office Suite. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
