Job Description:

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- Primary Skillset Knowledge in Module- Order Management, Pricing, Channel Revenue Management, GOP.
- Secondary Skillset in at least two modules- Subscription Management, Enterprise Contracts, Procurement, Inventory, Costing, Manufacturing
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Management or related Oracle SCM Cloud applications




- Developing data-driven insights for supply chain transformation and evolution services
- Deliver and track the delivery of issue resolutions to meet the SLAs and KPI’s
- Focus on reducing recurrence issues caused by the Oracle Fusion application
- Generate adhoc reports to measure and to communicate the health of the applications
- Should have valuable communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exposure perform Unit Testing and UAT of issues and collaborate with the business users to obtain UAT sign-off
- J ordinate with team to close the client requests on time and within SLAJ
