We are looking for a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant with experience or strong interest in IAM, Cybersecurity, Biometric Authentication and Identity Security.

You will work closely with the Sales team and engage with CTOs, CISOs, CIOs, IT Heads and Security Architects to understand customer requirements, deliver customized product demonstrations and provide technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and design suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct product demos, technical presentations and customer meetings.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution documents and RFP/RFI responses.
- Define and support Proof of Concept (POC) activities.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams through POC completion and sign-off.




- Support the Sales team throughout the technical sales cycle.
- Explain complex security concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

- Experience in Technical Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Cybersecurity, IAM or IT Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of IAM, SSO, MFA, SAML/OIDC and PKI.
- Exposure to PAM, FIDO2, Biometrics or Zero Trust is an advantage.
- Robust presentation, communication and customer-facing skills.
- Good technical documentation and solutioning ability.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
