Role & responsibilities
- Preventive Maintenance: Run routine checks, lubricate moving parts, and clean equipment to stop sudden breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Find the root cause of mechanical failures, dismantle devices, and replace broken parts like seals, bearings, or valves.
- Installation: Set up, align, and test recent machines and auxiliary systems using technical manuals or blueprints.
- Documentation: Log repairs, track maintenance schedules, and update logs using management software.
