What You'll Do:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment activities
Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates
Use job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn for sourcing
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and experience
Coordinate interviews and follow up for feedback
Maintain clear communication with clients and candidates
Work on multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
2–4 months of internship experience in IT recruitment
Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical roles
Hands-on exposure to job portals and ATS tools
Good communication and coordination skills
Target-oriented and eager to learn
