We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in Enterprise Billing, Strategic Finance, or Revenue Operations. The ideal candidate will manage enterprise-level billing disputes, interpret customer contracts, support quote-to-cash processes, and drive billing investigations with a strong focus on financial governance and compliance.
Preferred candidate profile
- 4-8 years of experience in Enterprise Billing, Revenue Operations, Strategic Finance, or Financial Operations.
- Robust experience in billing dispute management, billing investigations, and account reconciliations.
- Good understanding of quote-to-cash (Q2C) processes and enterprise pricing models.
- Ability to interpret enterprise contracts, negotiated pricing agreements,
and compliance requirements. [
- Experience with FinOps, financial governance, risk detection, and revenue assurance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Billing will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-value enterprise accounts and complex billing environments.
