Job Title: Senior Automation Tester (Tricentis Tosca)

Experience: 8+ Years of overall IT experience (Minimum 2+ years in Tricentis Tosca)

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts using the Tricentis Tosca tool.
• Design and maintain robust test automation frameworks and provide automation expertise to development teams.
• Perform comprehensive testing across web-based and mobile applications.
• Conduct API testing, API automation, and create scenarios for performance and load testing.
• Create detailed test plans, test suites, and test cases directly from user stories and business requirements.
• Execute functional, regression, UI, usability, and cross-browser testing, blending manual and exploratory testing when needed.
• Integrate automated test scripts with Continuous Integration (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins.
• Track, document, and manage defects with high-quality debugging data using Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Build and maintain functional test artifacts, including complex test data and data validation workflows.
• Review test strategies with developers and product owners to ensure highly predictable,



quality software releases.
• Share detailed test metrics, quality reports, and insights after each execution loop.
• Proactively identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of total IT experience, with a strict minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience using Tricentis Tosca.
• Core Tools: Robust proficiency in Tricentis Tosca (Certifications like AS1, AS2, AE1, AE2 are highly preferred).
• Test Management: Proficient in using Azure DevOps or Jira for tracking and Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline integration.
• QA Methodologies: Deep understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), QA methodologies, and Agile/Scrum processes.
• Testing Types: Expert knowledge in Functional, Regression, Retesting, UI, and Cross-Browser testing.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to transform complex business requirements into clear test scenarios and artifacts.
• Soft Skills: Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills to work smoothly with stakeholders and developers.
