- Manage development and validation of primary, secondary & tertiary packaging.
- Review packaging artwork, specifications, MPRs, SOPs and validation documents.
- Handle Material Approval System (MAS), vendor evaluation and packaging material qualification.
- Conduct packaging validation, shipping studies and MVTR evaluation.
- Support packaging trials, machine optimization and shop-floor troubleshooting.
- Experience with bottle, blister, pouch, sachet and secondary packaging machines.
- Ensure compliance with USFDA, EU, WHO and cGMP requirements and support regulatory audits.
