Job Title: Customer Support Executive Tamil / Malayalam

Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad Onsite

Salary: 20,000 23,000 CTC

In-Hand Salary: 16,000 19,000 per month

Incentives: Performance-based incentives available

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Description

We are hiring Tamil and Malayalam-speaking candidates for our customer support process in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in the respective regional language and be comfortable working from the office.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

- Communicate effectively with customers in Tamil or Malayalam.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.





- Follow process guidelines and achieve assigned performance targets.

- Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records.

Requirements

Preferred candidate profile

- Tamil or Malayalam language proficiency is mandatory.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer service or BPO experience will be an added advantage.

- Candidates who can join immediately are highly preferred.

- Comfortable working in an onsite environment at Somajiguda, Hyderabad.
