Role & responsibilities -
- Communicate facility updates and issues to management and stakeholders
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to mitigate hazards
- Oversee security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarms
- Manage maintenance of all facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, interiors)
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
- Ensure facilities are clean, secure, and operational at all times
- Track and manage maintenance requests and work orders
- Manage contractors and service providers
- Ensure SLA compliance of all vendors
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues
- Prepare reports on performance, maintenance, and budget tracking
Preferred candidate profile -
Candidate with experience in team management, vendor management, communication, problem-solving, office administration, multi-location operations, MIS management, and landlord coordination.
