We are hiring Quality Analyst (Claims Processors). This role involves reviewing healthcare claims received through ServiceNow and accurately processing them through internal claims platforms. The process supports Consumer Driven Healthcare (CDH) plans and requires excellent attention to detail, strong typing skills, and the ability to work in a night-shift environment.

Candidates will receive comprehensive training on systems, products, and processes before moving to production.

Key Responsibilities

- Process healthcare claims received through ServiceNow and internal claims platforms.
- Review scanned invoices, expense reports, recurring premium claims, and supporting documents.




- Verify claim information and enter accurate data into the claims processing system.
- Ensure high levels of quality, accuracy, and productivity while meeting SLAs.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with process guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.

- Shift: 5:45 PM 3:30 AM (Night Shift)
- Transport: Two-way cab (within 30 km)
