Role Description -
a) To have suitable qualification Diploma / ITI with necessary Experience.
b) Hands on Experience in on board cable harness routing, anchoring and lacing into flight sections, testing of cable harness.
c) To have necessary knowledge and experience in operation of UPS, DC-Power supplies, AC distribution boards, ground electrical test setups.
d) Hands on experience in mating and de-mating connectors, mil grade circular, d sub, micro-d to avionic subsystems.
e) Basic Knowledge and Experience in cold checks such as isolation checks, insulation checks, continuity checks etc.
f) Knowledge to operate multi meter, safety ohm meter, megger, 1553B tester, digital recorder are necessary.
g) It is mandatory to have IPC-620/610 certified training for cable loom assemblies, cable crimping, soldering etc.
h) Soldering of SMD components and rework activities is desirable.
