Job Summary:

Policybazaar is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Voice Process (Sales) to lead a high-performing inside sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Voice Process, Inside Sales, and B2C Sales, along with proven team management experience in a target-driven environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage an Inside Sales / Voice Process team
- Drive sales performance and achieve business and revenue targets
- Monitor team productivity, conversions, and sales performance
- Manage attrition and shrinkage effectively
- Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance review sessions
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality standards, and company policies
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, dashboards,



and other performance metrics

Mandatory Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales / Voice Process
- Sales experience is mandatory
- Hands-on experience in Inside Sales and B2C Sales
- Solid team handling and people management experience
- Experience in managing attrition and shrinkage
- Good understanding of sales KPIs, productivity, and performance management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Graduation is mandatory
