Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Service Coordinator to coordinate service requests, handle customer complaints, track service calls, follow up with technicians/service teams, and ensure complaints are resolved and closed on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate service requests and customer complaints.
- Log, track and follow up on service calls until closure.
- Coordinate with technicians, service teams and customers.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding service status and resolution.
- Maintain service records and provide regular updates.
- Manage multiple service requests and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate effectively between customers and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Any degree.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent Telugu communication is mandatory.
- Positive customer handling and follow-up skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Email.
- Good coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Experience with service call logging, tracking and closure is preferred.

Candidates with experience in service coordination or complaint/call tracking from the following industries are preferred:

- Air Conditioner Dealers / Service Companies
- Washing Machine Dealers / Service Companies
- Refrigerator Dealers / Service Companies
- Logistics Companies Coordinators
- System Integrator Coordinators
- Electrical / Electronics / Equipment Service Companies
- Candidates who have handled equipment/service complaints, logged service calls, tracked complaints and coordinated their closure
