Location: Hyderabad On-site
Shift: US Shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Non-IT Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth by identifying new clients, developing strong relationships, generating new opportunities, and expanding our Non-IT recruitment/business services across the US market.

Experience working with clients in areas such as:

- Engineering & Manufacturing
- Healthcare & Life Sciences
- Pharma
- Medical Devices
- Telecom

Required Skills





- 2–7 years of experience in US Non-IT Business Development / Staffing Sales.
- Strong experience in B2B sales, lead generation, cold calling, and client acquisition.
- Experience working with US clients and decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently identify prospects and convert leads into clients.
- Experience with LinkedIn, email marketing, CRM tools, and other lead-generation platforms is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing/recruitment market.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
