Specific Responsibilities

- Build proficiency in the leveraging the analytics data models for report development.

- Efficiently develop reporting and reporting logic to support business requirements in Power BI.

- Understanding of pharmaceutical industry process would be a plus.

- Maintain documentation for reporting and data.

- Support resolution of reporting and data issues as needed.

- Work with business leaders on requirements for non-standard reports.

- Continuous improvement and documentation of data acquisition processes.

- Responsible for optimizing and maintaining a standard for reports and report management.

Skill Sets

- Highly motivated, self-directed, and responsible contributor with effective communication skills.

- Advanced knowledge and experience with Power BI, Power Query, advanced DAX for business, DAX Studio, and Tabular Editor.





- Expert in Data modeling and have solid hold in dimensional modeling concepts.

- Other Power Platform knowledge and experience in technologies like Power Apps, Power Automate is desirable.

- Ability to understand complex data structures and drive reporting solutions for the stakeholders.

- Ability to create high quality reports using current UI/UX best practices.

- Knowledge of SQL Server and Azure stack of technologies would be preferred.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to ask right questions and challenge status quo when necessary.
