Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify candidates for US IT job requirements.
- Search for candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, visa status, and job requirements.
- Communicate with candidates professionally through calls, emails, and messages.
- Explain job opportunities and requirements clearly to candidates.




- Maintain candidate information and recruitment activity in internal systems.
- Coordinate with recruiters and account managers for candidate submissions.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
