Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using static data, master data management, and reference data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products or services, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
- Develop solid relationships with clients through effective communication, account servicing, and issue resolution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in financial services industry as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, including market data and reference data management.
- Experience with data migration processes from legacy systems to modern platforms.
