Roles & Responsibilities

- Preparing vouchers for all day-to-day transactions and entering all vouchers in accounting software
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and other statutory filings.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Assist in the closure of Reconciling items by Understanding the root cause of those and liaise with other Function of Finance for its timely resolution




- Assist in driving the Process Improvements and Standardization Activities
- Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary information for document preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of exports using Tally software

Requirements and skills

- MBA in Finance or Masters degree in Commerce or Accounting.
- CA inter or ICWA intermediate qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
- Proficiency in using accounting software, preferably Tally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Prior experience of working in a CA Firm Preferable

Salary: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month
