Job Role: Electronic Service Engineer / Hardware Engineer (Weighing Instruments)

Location: Branch Office, Delhi

Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and calibrate Weighing Equipment at customer sites across Northern India.
- Conduct clear technical demonstrations of products to clients and train them on proper operation.
- Deliver prompt customer support both online (phone/remote assistance) and offline (in office visits).
- Follow up with customers regularly to manage service schedules, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
- Execute preventive maintenance, diagnose hardware issues, and troubleshoot breakdowns effectively.
- Prepare back-office documentation including service reports, calibration certificates, and AMC quotations while tracking spare parts inventory.

Technical Expertise Required





- Perform chip-level and component-level repair of industrial electronics using SMD rework stations and precision soldering tools.
- Read and accurately interpret schematic diagrams and PCB layouts.
- Apply technical knowledge of Power Supply units (SMPS), Analog-to-Digital conversion, MCU-based circuits, and communication ICs (MAX232, RS485).
- IQ/OQ/PQ documentation expertise

Skills

- Travel Requirement: Must be highly willing to travel extensively across Northern India for customer installations and support.
- Core Skills: Strong communication abilities, basic MS Office proficiency, and the capacity to seamlessly manage both field service duties and office documentation.
