Job Summary

Position: Executive- IT

Location: Hyderabad (Work from office only)

Duration: Full time role.

Working Days: Monday Friday

Bond: 3 yrs. Mandate to sign at the time of joining.

Education: B. Tech (CSE & IT) only

(Entire education is from English medium only)

Shift timings:

- 1st Shift: 8AM-1 PM
- 2nd Shift: 1PM 10PM

Every 2 weeks shift will change. No shift allowance will be paid.

Job Type: Full time

Responsibilities

- Managing Windows & Mac systems.
- Maintaining the various computer systems owned or operated by the company
- Upgrading, installing, and configuring application software and computer hardware.
- Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees.
- Creating and managing system permissions and user accounts.
- Providing end-user support, resolving technical issues, and providing technical assistance for all operating systems and applications
- Providing in-person and remote support through use of the telephone or remote access
- Providing new employees with required hardware and appropriate access to the companys computer systems
- Researching, designing,



implementing, configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, and evaluating existing and recent operating systems and applications.
- Performs diagnostics of network issues, provides support for service desk staff.
- Updates and maintains network documentation, assigns Ip addresses, saves device configurations.
- Configures network devices for new deployments per direction of senior staff, configures replacement network devices from backup configuration files.
- Assists with the administration and maintenance of IP based telephony systems, such as provisioning handsets, setting up extensions, supporting user requests.
