Field Sales Executive Job Description

- Visit and build relationships with contractors, plumbers, electricians, painters and other local professionalsacross Gurugram.
- Generate sales for construction and home-renovation materials such as cement, paints, plumbing, electrical and hardware products.
- Identify new customers in the assigned area and regularly follow up with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team for orders and deliveries.
- Must be comfortable with daily field travel in Gurugram and have a bike/two-wheeler.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in field sales, preferably in construction materials, hardware, plumbing, electrical, paints or related categories.
- Experience dealing with contractors, plumbers, electricians, painters, technicians or local retailers is preferred.
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills with a sales-oriented mindset.
- Good knowledge of Gurugram/local markets and comfortable with daily field visits.
- Must own a bike/two-wheeler and be comfortable travelling within Gurugram.
