Role & responsibilities :

1. Planning and Undertaking Scheduled maintenance ,TPM/WCM

activities, Breakdowns Troubleshooting, Predictive and Preventive

Maintenance of Welding line, Plant and utilities like Forklift/DG/STP and

Report Preparation

2. Control and Achieve Maintenance KPIs MTTR, MTBF, BD % Etc. within

Target

3. Continuous improvements ,RCA,CAPA

4. Plan and Execute Day to Day Activities of Maintenance

5. Review and update Proper Documentation

6. Achieve the yearly KPI targets

8. Track and control the down time with continuous improvements ,CAPA

9. 5s Activities, Kaizen, Reports Generation, Review and update,

Documentation

10. Train and supervise the technician/contract labours in maintenance

dept.

11. Handling/control shift Activities

12. Manage the team on technical best practice and establish standard

policies and procedures

13. Manage and implement improvement plans, driving Key Performance

Indicators (KPI's) ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental

requirements

14. Follow up the external supplier and contractors for Quotes,

execution of maintenance work

15.



Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site

16. Ensure Safety of Plant

17. Reporting Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Attend Management Review

Meeting.

18. Involve in Plant Improvement Activities

19. Support Purchase activities

20. Support Project activities

21. Maintenance Store control

Preferred candidate profile :-

1. Experience in industrial Automation-(PLC-S7-400, 1500, SCADA,

Siemens Drives, HMI, Pilz Safety Relay)

2. Robot (ABB Robot)-Programming, Maintenance ,Troubleshooting

3. Experience in Electrical, Mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics

systems

4. Knowledge in Electrical Drawing-Eplan

5. Knowledge on electrical devices (switches, sensors, load cell, LVDT,

power supplies, etc.)

6. Knowledge of Utilities-compressors, UPS, DG, EOT, STP

7. Knowledge on industrial safety requirements for a machine and

industry best maintenance practice

8. Positive knowledge of industry best maintenance practice

9. Maintenance Management systems, IATF
