- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner when they visit the dealership or call for inquiries.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries related to used car sales, answering questions and providing information.
- Schedule appointments for test drives and vehicle viewings, coordinating with the sales team.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of sales documentation, including customer contracts, financing, and insurance paperwork.
- Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and professional in appearance.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including filing, data entry, and managing customer databases.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly or escalating to appropriate staff members.
- Assist in inventory management by updating vehicle information, pricing, and availability on digital platforms and in-house systems.
- Manage cash and process payments for vehicle purchases,
down payments, or service-related fees.
- Promote promotions and special offers to customers, helping drive sales.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role (preferably in a retail or automotive environment).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1-2 Years of Experience
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and invoicing practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and robust customer service orientation.
- Knowledge or interest in automobiles is an advantage.
