## DRESSER (MEDICAL) TRAINER

### About the Role

Amiga Informatics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and qualified *Dresser (Medical) Trainer* for its *WDC Project* in Patna. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering quality training to candidates enrolled in the Dresser (Medical) program and ensuring effective learning through both theoretical and practical sessions.

### Essential Qualification

*B.Sc. Nursing*

### Experience

*Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience* in nursing/healthcare, clinical practice, healthcare training, or a related field.

Candidates with prior experience as a *Healthcare/Nursing Trainer or Dresser (Medical) Trainer* will be preferred.

### Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of basic nursing and healthcare practices.

* Good understanding of wound dressing and first aid.

* Knowledge of infection prevention and control.





* Practical knowledge of medical instruments and equipment.

* Excellent teaching and presentation skills.

* Ability to conduct practical demonstrations effectively.

* Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage and motivate trainees.

* Good documentation and record-maintenance skills.

* Computer literacy and basic MS Office knowledge will be an advantage.
