Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement NPD strategies to drive business growth in the auto components industry.
- Manage vendor relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and contract management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and product innovation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in recent product development (NPD) or related field.
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes, sheet metal manufacturing, and supplier quality assurance.
- Proven track record of successful vendor development and negotiation skills.
