Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Freelance Digital Marketer to manage the complete social media presence of our boutique Pilates studio, Allure Pilates.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and execute an effective social media and digital marketing strategy.
- Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Design elegant, engaging and brand-aligned posts, carousels, stories and reels.
- Create Pilates, fitness, wellness and lifestyle-related content that connects with our target audience.
- Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos and promotional content.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, calls-to-action and campaign ideas.
- Set up, manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns to generate awareness, enquiries and bookings.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, engagement and audience growth.
- Suggest fresh marketing ideas, promotional campaigns and content trends to grow the business.
- Maintain consistency in the studios visual identity, tone and overall brand positioning.
- Deliver all assigned work according to the agreed content calendar and deadlines.
- Attend online meetings whenever required and provide regular progress updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for a dependable digital marketing all-rounder who:

- Has proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Is highly creative and understands premium fitness, Pilates, wellness or lifestyle branding.




- Has strong working knowledge of Canva and other skilled content-creation tools.
- Can edit high-quality reels and videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar platforms.
- Understands Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, lead generation, campaign optimisation and performance reporting.
- Can independently develop content strategies and turn ideas into finished posts and videos.
- Has a strong sense of design, typography, colour coordination and visual storytelling.
- Keeps up with current social media trends without compromising the brand’s premium identity.
- Communicates clearly, takes ownership and delivers work on time.
- Is proactive, organised and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Creativity, reliability and punctuality are essential for this role. Consistent delays, poor communication or a casual approach towards deadlines will not be suitable.

Please share your portfolio, relevant work samples, experience with Meta Ads and examples of social media accounts you have previously managed.
