Role & responsibilities

* Develop and implement business development and sales strategies.

* Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential clients.

* Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships.

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

* Generate leads through calls, meetings, networking, and other channels.

* Handle B2B sales and client acquisition.

* Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations.

* Negotiate with clients and close sales deals.

* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

* Develop current market segments and customer accounts.

* Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Operations teams.

* Follow up with existing and prospective clients.

* Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and revenue growth.

* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.

* Identify customer needs and provide suitable products/services.

* Attend client meetings, exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.

* Track market trends and recommend strategies for business growth.





Preferred candidate profile

* Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or related field.

* 13 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.

* Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition preferred.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Excellent ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.

* Strong client relationship management and networking skills.

* Good knowledge of market research and competitor analysis.

* Ability to develop and implement sales and business growth strategies.

* Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and MS Office.

* Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

* Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities, if required.
