Role & responsibilities

* Manage and supervise daily production activities.

* Plan production schedules according to orders and business requirements.

* Ensure production targets are achieved on time and within budget.

* Monitor production quality, quantity, and efficiency.

* Manage and allocate manpower effectively.

* Coordinate with Inventory, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance, and Sales teams.

* Monitor the availability of raw materials and packaging materials.

* Reduce production wastage, downtime, and operational costs.

* Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards.

* Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.

* Monitor and improve production processes and productivity.

* Maintain production records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.

* Ensure proper machine and equipment utilization.

* Train, guide, and evaluate production staff.

* Implement company SOPs and production procedures.

* Ensure a secure, clean, and efficient production workplace.

Preferred candidate profile

* Bachelors Degree in Production, Manufacturing,



Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.

* 4–8 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing management.

* Experience in food manufacturing/FMCG industry will be preferred.

* Strong knowledge of production planning and process management.

* Proven experience in team and manpower management.

* Valuable understanding of quality control, food safety, and hygiene standards.

* Ability to achieve production targets and improve productivity.

* Strong skills in cost control and waste reduction.

* Good knowledge of machines, equipment, and maintenance coordination.

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Experience in KPI monitoring, SOP implementation, and production reporting.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and production management software.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production activities.
