Role & responsibilities

- Lead the R&D; function with a primary focus on waterproofing products, followed by construction chemicals.
- Develop and optimize formulations for waterproofing systems and construction chemical products.
- Drive recent product development (NPD) from concept to commercialization.
- Improve existing products for enhanced performance, quality, and cost optimization.
- Conduct laboratory trials, testing, validation, and product performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, quality norms, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Sales, and Technical teams for successful product launches and troubleshooting.
- Identify and evaluate new raw materials, technologies, and market trends.
- Manage the R&D; team, allocate projects, and monitor performance and timelines.
- Prepare technical documentation, formulation records, test reports, and product specifications.
- Support customers and the technical team with product-related solutions and application guidance.
- Drive continuous innovation to strengthen the company's product portfolio and competitive advantage.
