ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operate construction and infrastructure machinery safely and efficiently.
- Operate POCLAIN, TYRE JCB, VAJRA, LOADER, EXCAVATOR, ROLLER, GRADER, HYVA, DUMPER and other heavy equipment.
- Operate RMC PLANT, BATCHING PLANT and CRUSHER PLANT as per project requirements.
- Perform excavation, loading, unloading, grading, compaction, material shifting and other site activities.
- Conduct daily basic machine/plant checks and report technical or maintenance issues.
- Follow all safety rules, site instructions and company procedures.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, Mechanics and other operators.
- Maintain proper care, cleanliness and safe handling of machinery.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 25 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, road work, plant or mining projects preferred.
- Experience in Poclain, Tyre JCB, Vajra, Heavy Machine, Loader,



Excavator, Roller, Grader, HYVA, Dumper, RMC Plant, Batching Plant or Crusher Plant operation.
- Good knowledge of machine/plant operation and basic safety procedures.
- Relevant licence/certification where applicable.
- Responsible, disciplined and safety-conscious.
- Willingness to work at project sites across India.
