About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Record and post day-to-day accounting transactions in books.
2. Prepare and maintain accounting vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
3. Verify invoices, bills, and expense claims for accuracy and completeness.
4. Prepare vendor payment lists and maintain accounts payable records.
5. Monitor customer receivables, reconcile receipts, and follow up on outstanding balances.
6. Perform bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations.
7. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
8. Support GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance activities.
9. Maintain fixed asset registers and accounting records.
10. Perform other finance and accounting-related tasks assigned by management.
