We’re looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and communication-focused Caller Intern to join our team and connect with prospective students.

Role: Caller Intern | Remote | Paid Opportunity

What You’ll Do:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads
- Understand their requirements and provide relevant information
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
- Update lead details and call status in CRM/sheets
- Coordinate with the team for timely follow-ups
- Maintain basic call and lead records

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Positive command of English & Hindi
- Confident and professional phone etiquette
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM
- Proactive, organised, and eager to learn

Bonus:

- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, counselling, customer support, or business development.
