Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting students with study skills, time management, and test preparation.
- Addressing issues like stress management, emotional well-being, and social skills development.
- Helping students explore career options, plan for college, and develop job search skills.
- Working with parents, teachers, and administrators to create a supportive workplace and address student needs.
- Identifying students who need additional support and connecting them with appropriate resources.
- Designing and implementing counselling programs and workshops.
- Effectively communicating with students, parents, and staff.
- Understanding and responding to students' concerns.
- Helping students find solutions to challenges.
- Providing a safe and supportive environment for students.
Any bachelor's or master's degree in Psychology.
Min 3 Years Experience in counselling(Adulthood) College Student.
